Our Team

Lucy has led Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County since 2011, guiding the organization’s strategy and growth. Originally from Mexico, she has worked in media, manufacturing, and adult education, all of which have shaped her passion for serving the community. When she’s not leading programs, Lucy enjoys hiking, exploring state parks, and spending quality time with her family and dogs.

Juana is the heart of community connections at Hispanic Outreach. From accounting to early childhood education and Hispanic ministry coordination, she has dedicated years to serving the local Hispanic community. In the summer, you’ll often find Juana enjoying scenic drives and admiring the beauty of nature.

Yelba keeps the office running smoothly as Administrative Coordinator. Born in Arlington, VA, she brings strong leadership experience from her roles in property management and regional management. Outside of work, Yelba enjoys running, traveling, tackling creative projects, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Gloria leads the Youth & Family Program, helping students thrive academically and personally through tutoring, coaching, and leadership development. With a degree in Social Sciences Education from El Salvador, she brings experience as a teacher and youth counselor. Gloria enjoys cooking Salvadoran dishes, sharing her culture, and exploring the outdoors with her family and dogs.

Adriana has been part of the Hispanic Outreach family since its founding in 2006 and now leads community engagement initiatives. Her background in interpretation, translation, and nonprofit work gives her a unique perspective in supporting clients. Adriana loves problem-solving with clients, engaging in faith-filled activities, and spending time with her family.

Samantha coordinates programs that support students and families with care and creativity. Born in Tampico, Mexico, she brings her background in customer service and hospitality to every interaction. On weekends, Samantha loves cooking, baking, crafting, and spending quality time with her family.
