Susan Draves

Susan is passionate about the work of Hispanic Outreach and has served as board secretary for four years. Wanting to be a part of the day to day support, she recently joined the staff as the Operations and Communications Coordinator, where she supports organizational operations and helps strengthen community connections through communication and outreach efforts. She is passionate about building welcoming, inclusive and resilient communities. With deep roots in southeastern Minnesota community work, Susan values collaboration and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.

Susan is also the market coordinator for the Lake City Market by the Lake and in her free time, she enjoys hiking in local parks with her border collie, Penny, caring for her pollinator and vegetable gardens, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
