Medical C.A.R.E. Clinic is a FREE clinic serving uninsured residents of Goodhue County, Minnesota whose annual incomes are at or below 275% of poverty level.

Basic Needs Three Rivers works with community partners to provide warmth, transportation, food, housing, advocacy, and education to individuals and families. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. This department in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Human Services manages programs that provide support for low income families, adults, elderly and disabled individuals of Goodhue County.
